Wonder if anyone knows if Bell has finally moved to the new satellite cutting off all reception in the US and specifically northern Florida. Tried to find the signal but no luck. Usually takes me 1 minute but nothing this time. Lots of wrong satellites so I know the technical system is working. Guess it is over to Shaw when we get back.

maybe you should switch to shaw. We have used ours in Arizona for the last eight winters..we have our fifth wheel listed as our cottage with them. If we need help while in Quartzsite, Shaw has a contact in Yuma and they will send the repairman out to us-no charge.. They have been super to work with and no contract.
As far as the Bell satellite, I have no idea!

We are using our Bell satellite in Yuma, Arizona. We have a better signal here than we had at home, although we can't get sat82, only sat91. We are using a tripod. It took about 20 minutes to get the signal - it's only the second time we have set up the system. There are 4 other Bell systems being used near us in the park.

Like CMSM, We have used Bell on our RVs in Canada and the US for many years. I am sure if you play with it more you will get it. Mine is on Moto Sat and no problem when I am in AZ. Macktee

Had problems finding a signal in Tampa area last Friday and gave up thought it was too many trees. Moved to Cedar Key Tuesday and again could not find signal had the system set on Sat 91 and transponder 11 normal procedure had a signal on the external meter but nothing on the tv tried setting it on transponder 10 and there it was working fine now but no signal on transponder 11. Give it a try on a different transponder worked forme.

Shaw has coverage even into Mexico. They will give you tech support in the USA. If Bell finds out you are in the USA they will suspend your service. If you drive through a Snowbird park and look at the Canadian dishes Shaw has about 90% of the customers. The signal is as strong as in Canada and you will get all the channels. Bell's customer service is a legend but not a good legend. The WORST service in the industry. Shaw has ssrvice problems but they do try. Bell is arrogant.

Tricky, did you do a check switch, that might help. Macktee
