My wife needs to replace her contact lenses. She knows her prescription and wears a special "toric" lense. She does not really need an eye exam....... just a source to purchase the contact lenses.
What I am looking for is a suggestion as to where in Nuevo Progreso she might be able to go. "Progreso" is just south of Weslaco, TX in the Rio Grande Valley.

I am interested in this topic also. When we went on one of our trips to Nuevo Progresso, there was a Eye Doctors office in a small strip mall setting in about the second block, west side of the main street. It had several other business offices around it. At the time I wasn't interested in new prescription lenses. Now I am and couldn't find the place on our last trip. I know this doesn't answer your question, but maybe someone will have an answer for you. If you needed a dentist or pharmacy you will have better luck!
