Montana is a looooong ways to drive from California for a good deal on a pair of jack hinges. Be cheaper to just buy new ones locally.

Just looked over my Jacks & see no name brand or anything on them?

Judging by the design of the pump, they're likely HiJacker Hydraulics, vs Rieco-Titans. Rieco uses a reversed pump handle design. If you could show us a picture of the bleeder valve, it will resolve the issue, hopefully.

What I did was get a couple of sections of I-beam and made my own extender brackets that put the jacks out where the fenders can clear. When I load the camper it's just two bolts and 30 seconds each side to remove the front jacks with extenders attached. I leave them at home because there is absolutely no use for the front jacks on a camping trip. I do use the rears for stabilization and leveling.

It was supposed to be a temporary solution because I couldn't fathom the price of those swing out hinges but it has been that way for about three years now and I see no reason to spend the money for them as this works fine for me.

That's what UPS and Fedex are for!

I suppose I COULD deliver them to Hanford, and they could be picked up there...
But, I'm not quite ready to make that trip at the present time!

Hmmm..... how old is this camper again? I may likely be wrong and they are simply very old Rieco Titans, but they do bear resemblance to "Shur-Lifts" which is a company now dead and gone. My old KIT had a set of SureLifts that were replaced by the last owner with Riecos-Titans and which I later replaced with Atwood Electrics.

Found a diagram that has the little set screws you have in your jack clamp rings.

Congratulations, you have a set of ShurLift Hydraulic Jacks.
