Thank you Mr. Lemonis. After watching the Service Manager Jump all over my trailer and seeing the inside ceiling and new AC bounce and come lower into the cabin, I am even more concerned about what problems I could have down the road.

Mind you, This trailer is only 9 months old and has been used only 7 nights since we owned it. I take great care of my things, hence paying for professional service when needed. Now, I don't think I will ever go inside that trailer without looking at the ceiling and new AC and checking if it is coming in. Or to have to wonder what other damage was done internally from his abuse of my trailer. Let alone the original AC job that was done. Like I said earlier, I'm sure there's a security camera somewhere that caught his actions that day. I appreciate your responce. I will take you up on that offer as well and will email you.

First, Bear I am sorry for your problems with CW. This has been an interesting thread to say the least. I have purchased many items from Camping World, no service, just online purchases and have been pleased. It seems that Mr. Lemonis has given his word that the repair will be done and done correctly. Certainly it was not done right the first time (too late to change that) but to me it seems CW or at least Mr. Lemonis is going to do the right thing and make it right. My hats off to him. It seems that the least that should be done now is to let CW correct the problem and after the repairs are complete, update this forum. The entire forum knows what happened, now let CW correct the problem before everyone jumps to conclusions about what CW did not do to correct the problem. Just my 2 cents. Again, Bear, I hope you have a good outcome after all of this.

I agree. Let's hope that Camping World gives me back my 9 month old trailer without having to rebuild the Entire front end roof. Because if so then I don't think I really got what I paid for. It's one thing if a product breaks after purchase, but to have someone do shotty work, pass it back to the customer, then treat them badly because I question the work, abuse and possibly (more than likely) cause more damage to my property. Sure, I'll give them that chance. What other possibility do I have now anyways. Fingers crossed.

Bear...I think it's time now for you, CW and the CEO to work it out privately.

When things are resolved to your satisfaction then come back and tell us how things worked out.

Enough has been said here.

With all due respect to Mr. Lemonis...I simply do not see HOW the OP's trailer can be repaired satisfactorily. The structural damage is just too much.

I'll tell you what . . . If it were my company I'DE make sure that that General Manager and Service Manager were in line with the rest of the 8.6 % unemployed. They are giving that place a bad name . . . and I'de do it personally. I do not tolerate that disrespect out of any of MY employees.

That's the problem. Who defines "correctly"? In my opinion, it should be a structural engineer and certainly no one from CW--that's not their area of expertise. Certainly it was not done right the first time...It seems that the least that should be done now is to let CW correct the problem and after the repairs are complete, update this forum... They're the ones that created the problem through shear ignorance or disrespect and then jumped up and down on his roof. I wouldn't allow these dipsticks to change the toilet paper roll. I'm sure CW wants to do the repairs themselves in order to keep the costs down.

If CW can't give you a set of drawings showing how they propose to fix it, why give them a 2nd chance? If they say, we aren't draftsmen and we don't do drawings; that's the point, they passed their level of expertise a long time ago and aren't qualified to create drawing or engineering solutions.

I think this problem requires an engineer to solve and competant people to execute the engineer's repair plan. If the engineer can't come up with a workable solution, the trailer should be considered totaled and replaced.

I agree...mistakes are part of life, but standing up and taking responsibility for it and dealing with those responsible is part of good business.

I'll be watching this situation as well.
