Check out the Enduramax Wide Open 40ft, you can haul a golf cart and when it's out you can open the vapour wall and gain the 10ft of living area, mine has a second bathroom in the garage and 2 beds, one convert in a couch.

we also have an enduramax, tho ours is an 08. I would highly suggest that you steer clear of gulf stream. they are notorious for poor to non-existant customer service. our th required a 25k frame rebuild, among other issues, and after talking with big rig welders, it is because the frame is inadequate for the size trailer. because we have been so outspoken about our troubles, we have had several other enduramax owners contact us about their troubles with g.s. also. wish i would have known before we bought...
