I'm new to Woodall's but a long time rv'er. I'm in the market for a new fifth wheel from Crossroads RV. Their website gives their closest dealer over 250 miles away. Can anyone help with a closer dealer. I live in the Northern Virginia area, around Winchester, VA. Thanks for any help.
Just done a dealer search online for you and found the closest dealers are in Sandusky NY and Troy, NY. Have no idea how far this is from you. We have a Crossroads Cruiser 5th wheel and have been very satisfied with the quality of their product.
In the early days of ownership of my Crossroads Cruiser (that I still have) there was no local dealer in my area. I ask CR if they would authorize an independent service center that was close to where I live to do warranty work…..they contacted the service center and approved.
I used them for all my warranty work, and there was never an issue.
Best Customer service approach in the business.
