Further update.....

Talking with Carlos I learned that the very large building being built almost directly across the highway is the local newspaper - CORREO - and they are going to need lots of electricity which is not here yet. Carlos expects the power to the RV park will improve once CFE does whatever they have to do to supply this new building. If the printing presses are going to be in there they will need lots of juice.

But there still may be problems as I said above because there appears to be only one leg of 8 wire feeding about 16 spaces. As TT says correctly above, the 8 wire should only supply about 3 to 4 of the 15 amp outlets. In a residence we supply more 15 amp outlets (6?) using only 14 wire but that is because we don't expect things like lamps to draw that much power. But plugging an RV with all the modern stuff into a 15 amp outlet supplies very little of our needs. And there should be a breaker for each 15 amp outlet too - which there isn't. Of course none of this is unusual in Mexico. Maybe as time goes by and things pick up for the RV parks in Mexico they will be able to afford some more improvements.

Carlos also has hopes that the new newspaper building across the road will mean his restaurant and bar business will improve.

I would take MEX 57D (Quota) and take Exit 57D to MEX110 (Dolores Hildalgo, before you enter the City (Dolores Hidalgo) you take MEX51 South and then take the Bypass Road to West and than take GTO 110 to south until you get the junction Carretra a San Miguel de Allende, that brings you directly to CP Bugamville.
But you don't miss San Miguel de Allende, it is worth you visit this nice City...

I have not taken 110 from 57 to Dolores Hidalgo but think it is OK. Hope you have Streets & Trips or some sort of GPS. The ring road to the south of DH hooks up with a road going south at . . 21.13364 -100.93350 . From there it is about 20 miles south to the road between SMA and GTO - go west and find Bugamville at . . 20.94770 -101.25708 . Do not take 110 from Dolores to GTO as you will probably find a tunnel in GTO you can't get through. I that is not clear ask away.........
