Make sure you check the ground that goes to your chassis . I had a 12v problem that the 12v only lasted 2min after unplugging . I was going to replace the battery and the wife said did you check all the connections. I found that the ground cable is attached to the chassis with a nut and bolt which was loose.
Also if you call fleetwood the will send you free of charge schematics for you rig.

OK, Went and bought 2 new 6v coach batteries and installed them. That seems to have solved the whole issues. I must emphazise that the GFI breaker was not popping. I was mis diagnosing the siutation. THank for everyones help. I learned alot about diagnosing MoHo electrical problems.

Yikes.
The propane leak is important. Work on that first. Most tools have a chrome finish, and the tank will have brass nuts and connections so there won't be any sparks to ignite any gas. But don't use anything that might, including flashlights that have switches. I always switch on my flashlight well away from propane, and leave it on while working near it.
How long has the refer been on, a good 24 hours? Gas or electric operation, or both? I always use gas to get down to temp after it's been off for awhile as it seems to work faster then electric when first starting up.
Smell ammonia in it or in the outside compartment? See any yellow stuff on the coils?

Fixed the Gas leak issue. Loose fitting! Next is the Non functional backup camera. A year back the camera started fading in and out during any kind fo wetaher condition Now it it wont give em a picture at all. All i see is a bright screen. tried switching back and forth between cam 1 and cam two (not that i have tow cams) and playing wiht the controls. nothing. Sound still works and i can hear sound from the back of the MoHo. I pulled the monitor from the dash and removed and cleaned the cammera cable plug. Removed the camera from the housing in the back and saw no obvious issues like water intrusion or damage. THink maybe it's time to upgrade to color and lcd screen up front. What you say?

Yours may have a different problem then mine, but with mine, it would occasionally not give a picture. Or would fade out. Mine doesn't have sound so I don't know if that would have died too or not.
I found that a solenoid next to the BCC in the battery compartment had dirty contacts (called a dry circuit failure) so was only giving the camera circuit low voltage.
Found that out by whacking the solenoids in there with a rubber mallet. Fix was to replace the solenoid. Eight years later it's still working fine.
But, in your case, sounds like the camera is not sending a video signal. Many have just removed the camera and connected it directly to the monitor for testing. It could be either the monitor or camera with your symptoms but I'd want to eliminate the cable as a problem somehow.
Note that you don't have to buy a 'RV' camera & monitor if you decide to replace. The name 'RV' adds $300. Here's one for $70 at Fry's: EARCH AIN_RSLT_PG">Color backup camera system...
That's just an example, there are others available at Best Buy, etc.

Thanks a lot Jim. Ill remove the camera from the housing and see if it will connect directly to the Monitor.
