Thanks for responding directly to this post.
Hopefully this will quiet the whiners. They must think CW is the only business in the world where there is an occasional ball dropped (not referring to the OP)

UPDATE---
Got a call today from a CW regional mgr (I think that's his position) and he wanted to know how the ball was dropped....Gave him the facts and I believe he was genuinely interested in handling it and assuring it would not happen again.....That, plus the CEO responding on this site makes me believe that CW is trying to handle these rough spots and straighten out some people.....This was not a big deal but if it happened to me it would again..I seriously think that responding to phone calls is a priority at this store today.....
As I have said previously, I enjoy CW and if you watch the prices (just like shopping for any other product) you can get some decent deals.....

Hope it works out.Camping World is a big operation and Mr.Lemonis is trying to get it turned around.Stopped by the new CW in Lake City Florida and you can already see the difference there.At least he cares how things are run,very rare today.

Marcus' involvement has me thinking about shopping @ CW again. Heck, may even give GS a chance this year. I've been avoiding them both the last couple of years because of poor service and junk mail.
Great to see a CEO in a business of this size take such a hands on approach to turn things around.

One thing I notice here - might not mean much and no disrespect to CEO.
OP stated he already bought tires at another outlet. SO, discount on tires is no value. Maybe a 'gift certificate' would serve his purpose instead, get him back in there. But he's sure not going to buy four more tires just for the discount.
But in defense of CEO, I've used CW one time ever (2008 on the road - Texas) in breakdown situation, got the RV part I needed and was on the road again same day. I read the responses from his email with interest tho, and it appears to me he's sincere, but that's coming from me and I don't usually shop there, so have only the one experience, but it was a good one.
