The responses seem like it would be the person if you know what I mean? We have all gotten messages from "CEO's" etc that sound like a clerk some where was given the job of write this note.
Now he may have somebody that scans the forums and brings things to his attention. I would like to think at least when there is a response with his name on it he wrote it.
Face whether he writes it or not we will hold him responsible for what is written.

I wish I could get down to Phoenix just to meet you, though I'm more of a hardsided tentcamper than an RVer...
