Mine are by the rear tag. IF I had to do it over again, I would put them on the outside edge of the rear bumper or behind the flap for the gas tank. They are a pain to access by the tag when the camper is on.

Before I purchased my compressor I actually used the holes for the license plate bolts. Put a chrome cap on the fittings and it looked good. I did not have to drill any holes.

Noted in the TCU thread are some good location options. I started out with mine on rear bumper, easily accessable until the camper was loaded. When I started using bags to help leveling at camp became an issue so moved both to passenger rear wheel well at rearward side. This worked well. It is easier if both are located in same place. Get as creative as you want for locating.
Couldnt say compressor, though reeally nice, justifiable because of routing fill valves, must be close to making that choice. Even if you go compressor Id install the manual fill valves. Ive since added compressor, mounted ours on plate between bed walls.
Mounting the lines Id run along frame, crossmember etc, follow other stuff that you can secure to. I didnt want any of my lines flexing. Used lots of zip ties, split loom material to protect in vunerable areas.

My air bag fittings are behind the fuel filler door. Keeps them clean and easily accessible.

so i went with the wireless control and moved the manual fittings in the wheel well, the air compressor is mounted on the back of the cab under the box with the wireless manifold....great set up
I am presently designing a system for my new 2012 truck, it will be wireless and enclosed

My fill points are adjacent to the rear license plate. It's not a big deal filling them from that location.

My last truck they were in the rear fender at the bottom where it curled under. The current truck, behind the fuel door.

My Air Bag lines are right in the Wheel Wells. (One on each side). I agree, it is handy having them there as I also check my tire pressure and the Air Bags at the same time.
