She was a Bichon-Frise.
A very smart, well behaved dog.
She just turned 13 on February 28.
The past few days, she was getting very lethargic and was eating poorly and unable to keep food down very well.
The vet discovered a massive growth in her stomach area (X-ray).
It was decided that it was best if she was put down.
She was put down at 2:30 PM today - we both stayed.
She will certainly be missed, as she was quite a little character.
She had a very good life.
We did what we thought was best for her.

I know you will miss your Willy. and grieve you must. I am so glad you were there with her to let her go to the Rainbow Bridge where she will wait for you
When the time is right, I know there is another loveable critter that is waiting for a wonderful home with you

Sad...always a sad time even when they say it is for the best...we lost our oldest last year in a Montreal area campground on our way down east..had her cremated and brought the ashes home...that was the end of the trip...the younger one has matured quite noticeably since..
'When we all get together what a wonderful day that will be'..Amen..

I very sorry to hear of your loss...it is always so difficult to lose one our kids. I still miss my Mozie who died 18 months ago @16years. Time will help dull your pain.
