Mariel, We dealt with Mike the finance guy too. When he tried to sell me the warranty, he mentioned that everything was covered (even the graphics). Since I knew your your story about them not honoring warranty stuff that he said it covered, I felt like he was out and out lying to me. I turned down all of the extended warranty and snake oil wax coatings. Depending on how it treats us the first year, we may do the Costco or Good Sam extended warranty.
