If he stops he gets to get out the tow strap and ask his buddies for help.

Brand new Chevy 454 xtracab 4 wheel drive 265/75R16 Michelins, towing a 16 foot Nomad 1661 travel trailer on the beach.
I had my tow strap and a shovel and got to use them both.
My buddy also had a brand new 1997 Chevy and we got to test our 8 wheel drive abilities.
Great trip, though.
