Tell ya one thing I love already is the Messenger, I installed the beta when it came out and love it. So nice to be able to message my wife/kids without my phone, I can actually TYPE rather then hunt and peck.

So you're a registered developer then?

Don't have to be. The beta for Messages (not Messenger) has been available for some time now.

What I am most excited about ML is AirPlay Mirroring to my Apple TV from my Mac.

Without getting into the Ford Chevy argument. Apple is obviously much more aggressive in its OS and related gadgets than Windows. It took me a few months to finally get to where I can say I'm glad I switched from a PC to a Mac. There definitely is a learning curve.
After saying that, I did partition my Mac so I can operate Win 7 on it also. I just have way too many good windows programs to walk away from or re-purchase in Mac format.

Apple TV and Roku for that matter are making some serious inroads with TV watching. I have the Apple TV and my son has Roku. They are similar with slightly different offerings. The Apple TV, however, is tightly integrated with iOS and Mac OS X and soon even more so with Mountain Lion. Google TV and Roku don't have that total integration with hardware across devices.

It is probably more out of habit that anything in viewing, but I am slowly using my Apple TV more and more and watching not only movies but TV shows through iTunes or Netflix. This past weekend I watched the 3-part PBS Sherlock series that I missed last January. If you are a Sherlock Holmes fan you might enjoy this modern day interpretation of him.
