WE go all year without running out. That includes a couple week long trips and probably 5-10 weekend trips.

We started full time in our 32' Cameo last October. The 3 weeks we were in southern Alberta before heading south we used 30 lbs every 3 days - daytime highs 35 - 50F & overnights down to ~15F. We left Canada Nov 13 with 2 full tanks and have been in Yuma since Nov 21. Once we had FHU we have run everything we can on electric. I bake bread in the gas oven 1 or 2 times weekly. We use ceramic heaters for heat. We are still on the first tank from home. Our power bills have been under $65/month. We find it cheaper to use electricity rather than propane.

If you're using it only for refrigeration, cooking and the water heater it'll last seemingly forever. If you're running the furnace it might last a tremendously shorter time.
You'll have to determine these things yourselves because everyones' usage is different.

We have the extend-a-stay system, we use a 5 gallon barbeque tank, it last two weeks in the summer, and about one week, in winter, we try to have the RV tank full, invariably the bbq tank, runs out, and I have to switch, to the big tank, earlly in the morning, when it is cold.
Of course when it gets down to 60 degrees F, we in Southern California FREEEZE!
But then we are used to eightys to one hundred and ten plus, Tostito hot.
Today it only went up to 69 F, BRRRR. Navegator

I've been filling once a year, unless winter camping and using the furnace. In the winter, I was filling weekly.

As others have said, it depends on how you use it. Our rig has dual 40# tanks. In the winter a tank may last from 7 to 10 days. During the summer we may not even have to fill a tank.
We have an electric/propane refrigerator, a heat pump, an electric fireplace and the water heater can run on either electric or propane. On nights when the temperature will go below 43 F, we run the gas furnace. During the day we will run the heat pump and electric fireplace. The frig is set to auto and runs on electric when we have hookups and on propane when we are traveling. The water heater is run on electric. We do cook all our meals on the gas stove or in the electric convection oven.

We full time and ours is a 30# tank. We have a propane stove and propane only water heater and we get about 90 days out of 1 tank. This is cooking 2 meals a day and 2 people taking showers each day.

In Oregon we use between 7 to 9 gallons a week at Timothy Lake OR in the Mt Hood Rec area elevation maybe 3700 feet. Just FYI we also used 10 gallons of diesel for the generator per week.

Furnaces suck them quickly. Frig sip and can run forever on them. Water heaters somewhere in between. Stoves are not a big factor either.
So if it's cold and your running the furnace, bring an extra or plan on checking every other day. If it's warm enough your not running the furnace, your likely going to not even use one for a couple week trip.
We use a space heater with a thermostat when we have electric to save on the gas since the electric is free. Last year did 6 trips, 3 of them 5-7 days, 3 of them 3-4 day weekenders and refilled one tank and never ran the other dry.

yea it depends mostly on how heavy the use.
if I do the oven/burners I use more obviously, if we use mostly the outside grill we conserve.
at the beach we stop at the showerhouse on the way back from the beach to rinse off, so we conserve hot water with less use.
we camp mosty spring to fall and use very little in the way of the heat.
We never ran out on a trip. And we can go thru a few good trips before we get them filled....so I don't have a clue
