There are Starchoice resellers (brokers) in the USA or using the address and phone number of a Canadian friend or relative has been known to work.

Dish works just fine here in Q. Roo. Several people use the same big, homemade dish. No spot beam for networks is available but channel 100 and higher, sports and music comes in great!
The "Guy" who made our dish said do not let Dish Network know where you are. The recent agreement with Dish Mexico requires them to turn off your box.
