towing a 10k 5th wheel w my gas glugging hemi. Mileage bites on the flats (7mpg if lucky) so looking for the smoothest (flattest) route.
Any one have any good suggestions on which way is best? up Parker to Barstow? or thru northern LA up grapevine?

no matter what (other then hwy1) there are mountains.
