In the last couple years GM lowered the ratings on the 3.73 and raised them on the 4.10 all at the same time. They used to be closer together, in the range of 10.5K/13K. Now its like 9.5K/14K. Not sure how they figure a 25% increase in gross combined with a 10% lower gear ratio. Doesn't make much sense to me.

9500lbs will be no problem at all for your truck.
