Our Lippert level up system 6 hydraulic jacks on our Mobile Suiters 18,500 lb and the Lippert can and will raise all 4 wheels and tires off the ground.. Have used it several times over the years to remove tires and rotate. I highly recommend the Lippert system.... Happy Trails....

I just bought a Wildcat Sterling Edition with 4 Point Level Up. Every time I touch Auto Level, it works for a few minutes then stops and then I get an error message that reads (Out of Stroke). Any help would be great. I did talk to someone at Lippert and he said to make sure the jacks were manually dropped to about 4" above the ground before starting auto level. (These are electric jacks, not hydraulic)
Thanks.

"out of stroke" will be displayed when the system cannot level the trailer because one or more of the legs is at full travel. If you get this message, you can put a block of wood under the hydraulic jack(s) that have gone to the end of their reach and try auto level again. This will work. This gives the ram a little more travel to achieve "auto level".
Happy camping.

Why don't buy the Bigfoot system and you will have no problem?

I agree with previous poster, go with Big Foot. It's so simple, and does the job. Also its been a round for some time. We love ours. Came on our Cameo.

The Bigfoot can only extend so far also...regardless of the system, the pistons are only so long.

We are on our first trip with the 6 point level up system. Easy to use and makes setting up much easier.

I have had the "manual" level up system, Stage II, with 3 switches (landing gear, door & off door) for several years now and have used it many times to change/remove tires. Use it to take pressure off the wet bolts to grease them. Depending on how unlevel the site is I will use some level blocks under the rear jacks so I don't run out of ram length.

My process is to unhook, level front to rear with the landing gear, then lower all 4 rear jacks at once until they are lifting the rear of the coach. Then I'll tweak the side to side/front to back with individual switches. If you raise/lower one side the other side, all 3 jacks, do the opposite. If front to rear adjustments are made all 6 jacks move the appropriate amount/direction. If I raise the landing gear, all 4 rear jacks will lower the needed amount and vice versa if I lower the landing gear.

If I stay hooked up I will lower the rear 4 jacks until they contact the ground, then lower the landing gear till they contact the ground. I'll then adjust everything until level watching how much the truck/hitch is moving so as not to put pressure beyond what it would be if it was just hooked up and not being leveled. Works ok if site is fairly level to begin with.

Have used this process since new and have had 0 problems with the entire hydraulic system.

We are looking to order a 2013 38RESB3 Mobile Suites and will stay with the non-auto leveling system.
