I use the latest Microsoft browser, I keep getting "text enhance" pop ups, and vague pictures of women saying I am your crush, ...I do not do porn sites, how can I get rid of these?

Sounds like you have some form of malware. Download the FREE version of Malwarebytes, update the database files, and perform a full scan.

This also tells you what companys are tracking you and keeping your info. However does sound like you have been infected with malware and need to run an anti-malware program also

Use Firefox with the AD Block add On and the No Flash Blocking add on. No pop ups, no annoying animated flash ads.

trying to down load firefox...reach a point with the install where it ask me if I am an administrator/ pass word..I dont have a pass word, other option is pc/vern..click on this and nothing happens...what am I doing wrong?

As said by others, Malwarebytes, then load Firefox with AdBlocker Plus and you will never be bothered by popups again. Microsft Internet Explore is not your friend. It is the browser that hackers love to attack.
