x2 on the Shadow Cruiser. The outdoor kitchen is great, especially on warm days. The bunk space is actually our storage room as well as home for the parrot. I think they have made some improvements since it first came out last year.

I am getting an outdoor kitchen on my next one, and bunks. The Eagle Light 304BHS is on my list, but need a bigger truck.
I just looked at the Eagle 314BHS at the NH Camping show 2 weeks ago. Very sweet! Like you, I would need a bigger truck to tow it.
The 280qbs that's been recommended already is huge, in a good way, and 1/2 ton towable. Love the outdoor kitchen, and the quad bunks in the back bedroom is an awesome feature. It's going to be over 5000lb's though. They have a 260 model, but not sure on the floor plan. The 280 is 29', 32' total. We've towed about 5k miles with it so far, and would keep it for a long time, but lifestyle changes have made it make more sense to sell it, so that's what's happening this Spring.
Good luck with your search!

Finding an outsite kitchen bunkroom under 30 feet is tough. We ended up with a 30 QOK from North Trail, we lover it but it is 33'10", shorter than some but... It is 5995/7200 on the weight. We pull with a F-150.
We love the outside kitchen with the fridge, sink, storage, TV etc., have not cooked inside at all.

I have that trailer with the outdoor kitchen, I pull it with a 3/4 ton F250, My buddy has the same trailer and pulls it with a 1/2 ton suburban. We love the outdoor kitchen, with the kitchen you loose a bunk...so it only has 3 in the back. The box of the trailer is 29 feet 2 inches and with the tongue is about 32 1/2 feet.
We have used it quite often an owned them for almost 2 years, I would highly recommend it.
I really enjoy my Coachmen 292BHDS. 5500 dry weight and I pull it just fine with my Armada. It is 33ft long but if you can pull it, it has everything. What kind of TV do you have?
