Weber sells a really neat one for getting between the grills. Take a look at their website. I think it is under grill accessories.

I sometimes solve the cleaning problem by cooking in disposable aluminum pans or on stainless grill sheets.
I like to use these on park grills. No major cleanup there...
On my on grills I spray the grates with 'Goo-Gone' and most of the residue washes off, then I finish with stainless brushes.

My preference is the old fashioned wood handle wire brush, 8 to 10 inches of bristles. When the end bristles wear down, cut off an inch or so. A light spray of pam will reduce rust.

Wife bought one at Sam's Club in La, last week. It is heavy stainless with wood handle. It came with three extra brushes. They attache with two small screws. It weighs a good 3 lbs or better.
She paid about 16.00 for it.
Don't remember the name.

I grill alot and have found that the stainless bristle brushes from Harbor Freight do a great job, cheap too. No bristle splinters in the food. They come in long & short sizes, last a long time. I gave up on brass brushes.

I just tossed our last brush after we found bristles left on the grill. I have heard of people using wadded up aluminum foil to clean a grill.
