I am looking for a decent priced, prefer weekly or even monthly RV park that is clean, pet friendly, quiet and relelatively inexpensive on East side of Nashville.
Any suggestions?

We stayed in J.Percy Priest Corp of Engineer park. It is outside of town and very nice and quiet. It is also on a lake.

Another option would be Countryside Resort. Nice park, convenient to I-40, with long term sites in back and short term sites up front.

We stay a J. Percy when visiting Nashville, short drive into the "city".

Another vote for J Percy. Nice, green park close to town with lots of space for pooch too. Try to get a lakefront site -> they're fabulous.
If you're interested I've got pics of the place HERE

We stayed next door to camping world. Don't remember the name of the campground, but it was the same exit at cooters garage from dukes of hazzard, and the grand old oprey hotel.

The COE parks around Percy Priest Lake or Old Hickory lake are great but I think there is a two week maximum stay. The commercial parks near the Opryland area like Two Rivers Campground would be an option for monthly stays. Two Rivers Campground.
About 15 miles East of Nashville near Lebanon, TN is Countryside RV Resort. Countryside Resort
