You might be better off with a travel trailer...or even a 5th wheel. THEY are made for families..more than motorhomes are. Then...your problem would be finding a towing vehicle. Like a crew-cab pickup. They cost big bucks...but you may be better off NOW....and save the motorhome for....later.
JMOs. ((of which I have many))
With all the floorplans, extra baths, bunks, several beds, couches chairs, you name it, this is one of the most idiotic posts I have ever seen on this forum. Most of today's MH owners are now younger and have families. Most MH's are designed for families. Pay no attention to this lunacy. We go everywhere as a family, often take extended family and travel in comfort and have a great time. And our MH is 30 ft with one bath.
I have to agree with JerseyJim, sure there are floorplans with bunks and extra baths but IMO, there are none that would comfortably sleep 6 (including 3 adults) and you'd have to make up / take down beds every day. Sitting is another concern as child seats shouldn't be installed on a sideways seat so that means they all have to be at the dinette. With 5W and TT, you'll be able to find something that everyone gets an actual bed and you'll probably still have living space available once the kids are in bed.

And crammed like sardines with no creature comforts getting there. Take your pick.
Have you looked at Class C? Check out the Jayco Greyhawk 31FS (I think?) that has the bunks. You and wife in the queen bed in back, twins on the top bunk foot to foot, newborn on the bottom buck, Nanny on the front bunk over the cab. That would even leave you overflow sleeping capacity on the couch and dinette. Sure, it is smaller than a Class A, but would definitely be a good option as far as sleeping is concerned.

We always kept our littlest one in a pack-and-play wherever we could set it (we have a Winnebago 35J bunkhouse) until about age 2. I'd feel a little nervous with a newborn on even the bottom bunk.
We took a 5000 mile x-country trip with myself, wife, and mother-in-law + 2 kiddos while the littlest one was still in the pack-and-play. We had to do a bit of "put the baby to bed in the back bedroom and move her to the living room once we're ready to go to bed" (plus my mother in law couldn't get up from the LR couch in the morning without waking the baby)... but it's probably about as good as anything else folks will suggest.

That is a very good point - as far as travelling, it would be more comfortable in a mh. Tough call - with that many people, you pretty much need to be squished or have some combination of 2 vehicles.
Start with a Monaco Dynasty (plenty of CCC & CGVW) with a booth Take out one of the sofa's and add two captain chairs. Solves the seating issue. Mount a truck camper backwards on a long car trailer so you can park the nose of a SUV under it. Yes, you need a SUV/car for sightseeing and with a hitch on it you can move the trailer around when necessary. Remove the kitchen from the TC and add beds as needed. Only problem with having the nanny and kids in the TC at night is you may need more seating and beds for the additional children.
