If you applied for a Flying J / Pilot RV Plus Card, please be aware...I got my (not mine) card today...even though the letter was written to me with my name and partial account number, the card that was included had someone elses name and account number...when I finally got hold of someone at the customer service number, I got a big "oh no", and was put on hold to talk to someone else...got another "on no" and "let me see if I can find your card"...I told them to cancel, delete, or anything else it took to get my name and information off their records, and that if they couldn't even get the simple parts right, I didn't need their card...just be aware!

Everybody makes mistakes. You just happen to get this one.

I am sure they did not do it on purpose.

Sorry to here about the mix up. I no longer us their card. I don't know FJ's prices in other areas compared to competitors, but the 2 that are in my county are 10 to 14 cents higher a gallon than most anyone else around. I haven't used an FJ since Pilot took over. As mentioned above, they used to be a few cents cheaper than most other places.

I'm sorry, but Pilot has been screwed up since the day they purchased Flying J. It took me over a year and 2 trips across the country to get an RV fueling card, and their prices have risen to the point where they are the highest around, instead of one of the lowest.

A mistake like this should NEVER EVER be allowed to happen.

Just one more of a long line. I can run up to the maximum charge amount allowed on their highly touted card in 5 days of driving or less. I guess I just need to park it until the end of the month, or figure out how to keep transferring funds into my account multiple times a month. Yeah, that's a bright idea. Sure to make me a lot of friends at my bank too.

Got our cards yesterday and took about 10 minutes on line to active the cards. That's why they have an activation system in place so if there's any mistakes they can be caught right away. With hundred of thousand cards your going to have mistakes.

I wonder if You would be upset to receive a Credit card with virtually No limit by Mistake! These things happen just Smile and let Them know a mistake has occurred! The Sky won't fall!

Considering how many were sent out,some can get mixed up.Got our 2 cards and both work.


Other half is camping with the angels,Riding alone for now.
