..If you're willing to do without the 4 slideouts of the 352qs floorplan, and would be happy with the Georgetown 351DS bunk model that only has 2 slideouts...You'll be able to get a LOT more 'bang for the buck'.
A Georgetown 351DS fully loaded can be had for at least $15k less than what you were quoted for the 352QS. And, the 351DS will have more payload/cargo carrying capacity as well as more GCWR capacity left over for towing.
That, and the kitchen slideout you have on the 352QS (as well as Allegro 35QBA) really cuts into your space outside under the awning a lot. We pretty much ruled out that 4 slideout floorplan for that reason. You'd barely have enough covered space under the awning to put 2 chairs (although I realize that may be plenty for many people).
It's a very good thing we have different manufacturers making different models! We all get to choose what suits each of our families the best.
For us, having two large dogs and almost always taking family with us, having more space inside was much more important to us than the space under the awning.
We really appreciate our four slides and the massive area it creates inside the coach. Dogs can lay down and all of us can still move around and sit where we want to. Cold days, rainy days, or dinner time, I'm grateful for the extra inside space.

dirtcloud, Congrats on the new Allegro! Many many happy and safe miles of relaxation enjoying the great outdoors we have an abundance of in this country.
Finally I made a desision and ordered a new Tiffin Allegro 35QBA today. They said I should see it sometime the end of June. What sold me on it was all the pass through storage, cabinets, and amenities. It's a little more then the Georgetown but I think it is worth it. When I started on my quest for a new RV I never thaought I would end up with a Tiffin.I never even considered one until I saw one at a RV show and my wife really liked it. The 3 seat belts on the couch sold her on it. Once I get it I will keep everyone posted on if I made a big mistake or not. Hopefully I have many problem free years of enjoyment with it. When my DW and I first started shopping for a RV, she preferred a class C and I preferred a class A because of the exact same reason stated by dirtcloud. If its nice outside, the awning isn't that much of a big deal for us, more so for shade if anything. However, nature being what it is, it isn't always going to be sunny and nice out when camping. Having room to move about inside, either with just the 2 of us or if friends or family are visiting makes interior space paramount to us.
By the way, because of this thread Allegro vs. Georgetown my wife and I will be looking at 2012 GT 329DS and preferred 327DS and may be seeing for ourselves if the 40% markup formula is accurate. If true, that would put a brand new Georgetown in the same price range of 5-6 year old similar models that dealers are asking for used rigs. We'll see.
I like the idea of having more room inside especially when it's raining out and the whole family is stuck inside. If I want to spend some time outside under the awning I will simply slide the kitchen room in and when I go in for the night slide the room out. most of the time though when parked it will remain out.

We really love our 35Qba also. We have a 2011 and are just coming up on a year of ownership. All the warranty stuff was handled by the dealer with no problems. The Tiffin delivery driver noted things that I did not see, for example small chip in windshield, scratch on bedroom door and a couple others. The dealer replaced the windshield and door and fixed all else. I have been very happy with their level of service.
We just returned from a week long dry camping fishing trip and all worked well.
See if your dealer will install an inverter for you or ask if they can do it at the factory. Also, if you want seat belts in the forward facing dinette seat, you need to tell the factory before they build your coach. My salesman said they came with the coach but not unless you specify. I had mine installed afterwards.

I sure like mine and hope you will too. Just remember to do a complete PDI and don't let anyone talk you into accepting it in less than perfect condition. Until you sign and hand over the check you are in control.
I'm going on nine months now with no major problems... and all the minor ones I fixed myself. Expect minor problems, from any manufacturer, and you hopefully won't be disappointed.
