Yes I do. I'm actually panning on doing a 12x20 concrete pad at both doors (shop is drive through) and then do gravel drive. One of these days I'll er around to it.

I used slag. Compacts nicely and no weeds will grow through it...and it's cheap

If you want it to drain, and also not throw stones during snow removal, you would want to slope the pad for drainage and top the surface with either asphalt concrete pavement or concrete. IMO.
