Got mine last week. You may want to give them a call. The lady with whom I spoke was quite helpful and friendly. The operation is apparently still rather small.

It is the Pilot Travel Center / Flying J / Good Sam Club charge card.

Just got the cards last week and activated but also don't plan on using till next month when we head back north.

Got ours,but hate the new 5 digit code you have to remember.Emailed them about picking our number.

I did get mine and I agree with you on this too. I saw no way to change the user name and password the site just turns in circles. I may try to call again but long hold times. It just might be better to go cash because if you loose or forget your numbers (can not remember what they gave me anyway  ) your hurting and will have to go debit or credit. Will see.

Just got mine on Monday the 12th. Took a few weeks but not as long as I've been hearing. The site is not very user friendly. But, if you don't already have the RV selection, use the add box below the selections. This is a much better access to your card(s) than the intial screen that I recieved. Also, you can change the PIN on the site and activate/de-activate your card. Looks like we are getting a mini fleet interface. I actually like the PIN on a card like this. It's not a credit card so I think you'd be responsible for all charges even is stolen.
