I'm playing catch up here..I had no idea that this was happening. Is there a schedule that people adhere to? I live North and wouldn't mind wandering off to Kitwanga to just say hi.

As an aside..for those that enjoy glacier viewing. If you turn left at Mezziadin Juction, about 30 minutes down the road you have the Bear Glacier. Great views.

If a person was so inclined, they could continue in to Stewert, but of more interest to you folks, likely, is Hyder, Alaska. Kinda of a neat spot..bragging rights, I suppose.

I have a short video you can take a look at to see if you need to go there.

When you rent the RV, you state how many days you want it, and that's the only schedule we have to adhere to - being in Anchorage on turn-in date. This is only done once a year when GAH orders their new Winnebagos. People start booking more than a year ahead, so obviously it's a popular way to go. Stewart and Hyder are on my route this year.

House is cleaned! Grass is mowed! Bags are packed! Ready to go(ad)! LOL For us we are down to 15 hours,15 minutes, and 30 seconds & counting til we hit the road for MSP and our sons house. Anxious to get this trip on the road. I'll look for your AK shirt, Grandma Carol, and your yellow jacket, Cheryl. Indians or Browns shirt here.
Looking forward to meeting y'all on the 10th.

Sounds like me, too! Computer picked an inopportune time to start acting up! Figured I'd better get packed in case I need to spend last day at home with our neighborhood computer geek or purchasing new equipment! Thanks to everyone for input about routes and stops along the way! Safe travels everyone! See you at MSP tomorrow!
