Looking for a Tonneau cover for my F150. I would like one that can folded so as to be able to haul items that may be higher than the bed sides. Not sure if it makes a difference but I do have a plastic bedliner with rails. Anyone have any suggestions on which one. I've been looking on Auto anything's web site, seems every comment posted is positive on the ones I looked at. Not sure if they are leaving the bad ones out as I have yet to see one. Thanks for your input, no susbstitute for experience.

I've used Extang Tonneau cover for each of my 4 pick ups.I'm now using this one
https://www.extang.com/store/product/TuffTonno
This is the best one I've ever owned...It is a roll up version(you said folded)?
Don't get snap's they break and can't be fixed, and DON'T EVER put Armor All on it, you wanna talk about black streaks after it rains!!

I really liked my Access Cover Limited on my last F-150. It held up great over the 8.5 years I had it. If I had bought another pickup, I would have probably gotten the Truxedo Lo Pro. Skip the folding soft cover. Tri folding ones cover 1/3 of the bed at any given time. Rolling covers a few inches when open.

Check out the Diamondback covers. Diamond plate aluminum, solid, secure, can stand on them or put objects on them. I have the HD linex version and it is great. The rear panel will flip fully forward for hauling taller objects. Whole thing will come off in about 10 minutes or less with the right tools.

The other option is the extang solid fold. On and off even faster, can support some weight on top and fairly secure.

I've had the BakFlip hard folding tonneau for a year now. Pretty happy so far but not water tight.(Been working on that) I don't think any of them are though. You can flip one section at a time and drive or flip all the way forward or remove whole thing without any tools. There's also a hanging tool box available. (BakBox)

I had good luck out of my Truxedo TruXport. Cheap as hell and it lasted a long time. Its a rolling type soft cover but never had any problems with it being loose. Always tight as a drum skin.

I have an Xtang Solid Fold on my F 150 with a soft (Bed Rug Liner) under it. folds up in three panels or if you need the entire bed, it takes one man only about three minutes to remove it completely. Strong enough to walk on.

I tow a 5th wheel, so I opted for a roll up cover for my F-350. Am very happy with it.

Just put the Extang Trifecta on mine, like it alot. Had a roll up on previous truck, prfer the tri-fold I have now. Takes a couple of minutes to put on or take off by myself. Truckaddons was running a special on the canvas top, step above the vinyl.
