I have a clean out on my home sewer plumbing system that has a 90 degree fitting facing up with a cap that I use. It's right off my driveway. Works great!

Im sure that would work. Ive never had it done before so.... But im guessing if they do it all the time (honey wagon service) then I would think they're aware of the pressure issues and maybe they tone it down a little bit.
