Agreed, While I love my coach, there have been issues - albeit minor- that really should not have been that way when it left the factory. Now on the picking up at the factory. Why is it more? This is not a "service" IMHO. This is a PITA of you driving/flying/staying at a factory, working through issues and saving them the fee of paying a driver to deliver it. You are saving them time and money. Why does it cost more? It should save about $2k off the price (destination and delivery).
