Many of us have waited many years for the opportunity to be slected for testing. Very few are selected and now it seems Marcus wants to have just a "select few" do the testing.

What he said,
"I really like that idea. What I may suggest to my team is that each store have a select group of customers that they rotate to test products. There is some coordination but this could work."
He didn't say "select few" he said "select group". I think when he said "they rotate" he meant, rotate different customers in and out of the group. He also said "each store have a select group" which might mean more testers. IMHO

Let me know if your idea works.
I'll contact the US Mint and volunteer to try out a couple stacks of their new $100 bills.

You're kidding? I would just rather have had a slap across the face. Would have been less insulting.
