I was wondering if you had an old big bulb hydrometer with a long hose that goes deep into the cell, if you just squeezed the bulb a few times would this destratify the acid and be safer than tipping?
Doubt it honestly. You don't have to tip it though. Harbor Freight's manual charger does the job very well not to mention that with the typical GC's that everyone uses it's not as big of an issue as with my batteries. BFL's method of applying an equalizing charge after a "full" charge will take care of most everyone's batteries. Now if you're on solar, then you don't need to do any of this unless your solar is not adequate.

Hi RoyB,

You have a shorted or leaking cell. Game over.

I thought you guys could work miracles - me devastated... hehe...

I have no idea when it went south. It was probably in Novemeber last year when I did a good Battery Spot Check on the three batteries in the bank.... I'm sort of surprised that the other two batteries didnt suffer from the bad one dropping voltage since they were all three paralleled with my Blue Sea battery switecs.. I guess my 45 amp charger ignored it..

Thanks for the input...

Yes but on my 27s which did not gas hardly. I was not expecting to have to do it on my new 6s especially, but got this advice about when I got them so it all worked out Thank goodness for the 1093.

Yes indeed. That really is a very nice charger. Wish they made a PF corrected one that put out 100 amps.
