This week i had a Winegard TRAV'LER Satellite installed on my motorhome from Camping world in Denver.
So i get there @ 745am for a 8am apt. they tell me it will only take about 3hrs maybe 4hrs to install on my rig.. 10 HOURS LATER! they have it done! yes i said 10 hours later..
After 5hrs i see they pulled my rig outside and the satellite is up and they are testing it.. i walk outside and the tech is still working on it.. i walk inside the rig and he's trying to find out why the Electric plug in the front where the tv hook up is not working.. the set up in the bedroom is working fine.. they he test other Electric plugs in the coach and half front of the coach does NOT have power! you goes on to tell me that he does not know why. I told him it was working when it was brought here! he goes on to tell me he does not have anymore time to spend on my coach to find the problem! i tell him he better make time i will NOT leave till they fix it..
I go back inside the Store and talk to the Manger and tell him what the tech told me . then he comes back to tell me they could look at it the next day or so.. i told him i was not leaving till it was ALL fixed.. at this time there mood became not very nice .. witch there customer service was never that great to began with..
so after staying 10hrs its was all done..
The tech also sat on a glass picture on the bed and broke the glass..
the manger did say he would pay for the glass.. but i had glass pieces all over the bed!
Camping World's Customer Service in Denver needs some work..

I would recommend you post your concerns above in the new forum section "Camping World Accessories." The CEO of Good Sams/Camping World reads and responds to posters concerns and comments. Good luck.

Wow, leads right into it like he has been a member here right along. But I check profile and see that this is his first only post. Know nothing about him except that he doesn't like Camping World in Denver. Just don't know how to take a post like that. Is it for real or is it a troll?

Now, now, wny_pat...you know as well as I that many times people lurk here on the forum for weeks, months, years, before becoming a member. I did that for almost 2 years before my first post. So what if it sounds like he's a regular? Doesn't mean he's exaggerating, trolling, or not being truthful.
I for one will give him the benefit of the doubt. Story rings true to me.

Well, at least they got him squared away the same day. I would have been pissed off too if I lost 6 hrs of quality beer time.
Lifes too short. Enjoy your new satellite AND...Welcome to the Forums.

You might want to post this on the Dear Marcus forum and have a better chance of getting some response from the CEO or one of his minions. I agree that the CW in Denver and the one in Longmont are terrible. They used to be OK, but I stopped using them a few years ago. Now use TransWest or Cummins Coach Care for service and repairs for chassis/engine and all other items.

They told me they could not find a problem so they had to re-wire the breaker for half the coach??

Wow, that doesn't sound good. Have an electrician friend? I'd have him/her look at the breaker panel to see what CW did, and if they did it right. Just to be on the safe side.
