He basically has it. .First. Oh, a nit to PICK, I assume you mean going from an NTSC analog tv, like the one in my bedroom, to an ATSC DIGITAL tv, not to an LCD (Which the one in my bedroom happens to be, An LCD, ANALOG (NTSC ONLY) TV.

IF you have a digital converter in front of it (like I do) then you get to toss the converter.. If you want to toss it my way I could use one more. .

Other than that it's all woodworking, Since modern LDC units take up way less room than older CRT jobs. You may wish to build shelves behidn it to hold your video disc collection. And /or blue ray player.

I personally, took mine out, made a door to cover the opening and mounted the TV to the door. Lots of nice storage behind there.

@ Lynndiwagon: Sounds like we both did the same mod
We did both TV's, at the front cabover and in the rear bedroom.

Front at the cabover:

The TV/door open.

The TV/door closed.

Great storage!!!

4beachcampers, yep that's it, except I didn't put in that angled spacer. good idea. Didn't use a bracket either, just drilled 4 holes through the door and bolted the tv directly to the door. I guess I could use some spacers on the top bolts and kick the angle down a little.

Your welcome.....we're all good friends here, it's just that the Nuwa Owners group is pretty specific to our rigs.
