Now that I'm on Warfarin, and bleed so easy, been thinking about trying an electric again. They have so many models, and I'm really confused. My beard is tough, so looking for one of the best that will get close, do it fast, and clean very easy. been looking at 90, 80 50 models. That is a short version of the model. If you have tried one would like your thoughts. Thanks, kenny Wooster

Since I have a beard and moustache, I get by with a blade for the little bit of triming I need, but my Dad used a Norelco with the 3 "floating" heads. He swore by "Lectric Shave" to kind of lubricate his skin before he used the shaver. He never got razor burn, and the head popped up so you could get to the insides and clean the whiskers out with a little brush that came with it.
Retired and visiting as much of this beautiful country as I can.
Had to shave every day, sometimes twice. When I retired, quit shaving and now my beard is longer than the hair on my head. )

I'm on blood thinners also and started using a Norelco SensoTouch 1150 about six months ago. It can be used wet or dry, with or without cream or gel. I find it gives (ME) the best shave wet with just water or Witch-Hazel. It can be rinsed clean very easily. It is not as close as a blade but very comfortable and it keeps Mama happy so that is why I have to give it a thumbs up. The blood works better inside the body, so go electric razor for sure. .... I had a Braun about two years ago that died so I got a Norelco and used it for about two years trying to like it but asked DW for a Braun again for Christmas. Got the one with the cleaner/charger as well and really like it, shaves somewhat quicker and better than the Norelco, at least my opinion. Didn't get the real high-end one, this one was less than $100.
I appreciate. Usually when I ask these type of questions on RV Net I get quality answers. I've read all kinds of reviews on amazon and others, and really not getting anything as solid as this. I've reviewed also different brands of razors. Thanks for the help.
I always used a Norelco but my wife got me a Braun shaver about 7 or 8 years ago. It lasted maybe 2 years. Back with Norelco and had the same one for at least 5 or 6 years now. I still have an old one I bought maybe 35 or 40 years ago and it still works like new.
