I have a 2005 Newmar Dutch Star 3810. Looking at the front left side of the motorhome, it rides lower than the rest of the coach. Would anyone have any idea what might be causing this? We are first time diesel owners. Could it have anything to do with the air assist suspension? Thanks.

Could be you have a bad air bag or shock. Would definitely have it checked as will not get better by itself & will affect the ride and possibly the tires on the weak side. Airbag height can be adjusted but if shot would need a replacement.

Please start by telling us what chassis you have?

Assume it is a DP. If so, it will have 3 ride height valves. Depending on chassis, likely 2 in back and one in front, through they could have 2 in front and one in back.

You need to have the RIDE HEIGHT checked. Your chassis maker can give you the ride height specs. Be sure to use safety stands when working under the coach.

This is important, as you can do a lot of damage if ride height is materially out of spec.
