Has anyone used this service. I know there are a lot of Coach Net disciples, but I was looking for any experiences with Geico, good or bad. Thanks.

They have done me right. My rig (40 ft class A) shut down and would not start. They said they would cover the tow to the nearest authorized repair facility 60 miles away plus rent me a car and room for something like a Max of 3 days. All at no charge to me. I found it was a low water coolant sensor and made the repair myself. Thing is they were ready and willing. I must add I was at home when it wouldn't start. But they told me the tow, car, and room was what I was covered for.

Floyd, they done me right also! Even paid to put me in a motel during the downtime! And, they didn't raise my premium come renewal time! There also really good communicators called and checked on me several times to see if everything was O.K. Very Good Customer Service!

GEICO has been my insurance since 1978 and have never let me down. We lost three belts on our previous coach and GEICO roadside assistance towed it 30 miles to an RV shop at no cost to us. Wife and I have both used it for the occasional flat tire. Of course being a long term customer does have it perks, but we have everything with them including our home insurance.

Wow, those are pretty darn good reports. Fortunately, I've never had to use it. The price was so cheap, I was a little skeptical, but with that feedback, I feel much better. Thanks for the responses.

Had no problem last spring when our brakes locked up and had to have the MH towed. They were quick to respond on a Sunday afternoon and even offered to have us driven home. No cost that day and very pleasant on the phone.

Do they know to dispatch the proper equipment or do they just re-imburse tow expense?
