Tried the black water flush on my new 2012 5th wheel this weekend for first time. No water is going in. There are now valves to turn etc, it should be just hook hose and turn on according to my dealer. I have heard from others that there is a check valve that may be stuck. This is first time being used. Anyone had this problem and no any tricks or soulutions?
Thank you

Seriously, do I have to take panels down to get access to the tanks? Is this something I could be able to do?
I had the same problem with my new fifth wheel last year. The lines to the flush were installed backwards at the factory. This means when you connect the water line to the flush, the water pressure closes the backflow preventer. You can either switch the lines at the black water tank if you can reach them or find the backflow preventer & switch the lines there. In my case the backflow preventer is located behind the shower. There is an access panel there to access the shower faucet for service. If yours is located there you can make the switch. Otherwise, I would take it back to the dealer. Of course, if your dealer is close by, then the easiest thing is to return there.
On my fiver, the valve is located under the sink in the bath. Basically, it should be located somewhere over your black tank, usually where it can be accessed.
Look inside opposite of where you hook up hose outside......
I have to remove kitchen drawers to get at vacuum breaker on ours......then would have remove a section of underbelly to get at where it goes into tank. PITA!
Our vacum break valve was istalled backwards at the factory. I cut it off the lines, turned it around and re-installed. Works fine now. Ours is located under the bathroom sink.

As noted by others, you have to find out where the check valve is located. On mine, it was behind the shower wall. I took it to the dealer and they took off the bath spout panel, reached up in there and replaced the plastic check valve with a more expensive brass unit....no more problem. If it's under warrantee, I'd let the dealer do it.
