The show is starting to have promise.

I predict HeeJun and Birckenstik will go home soon. HeeJun gave an idiotic performance that made me think of a karaoke bar in Korea and he is doing a good imitation of Gomer Pyle USMC but without the kindness and Birckentick had absolutely no clue as to the frustrations or the thoughts of an 18 year old boy trying to seduce a younger Catholic girl. He showed no connection to the song and turned it into bubble gum.

I predict Jennifer Sanchez and Colton Dixon to be the last 2 remaining. They are both going to be stars - their performances were flawless.

Sanchez is fantastic, but Dixon is a breath of fresh air.

We were traveling and missed the 'excitement' last week when the producers sent Jermaine home. Was kinda thinking something odd about him, but couldn't quite get it. Was not that he had a 'criminal record', just odd about his character and was not surprised at all when it all came out.

This week - right about Heejun, was pretty hoaky performance - and "mr hair" should soon be gone as well. I'm not sure why he's still in it.

In my mind, there are several singers that should have been in this group that aren't, and several that are that should not be. Course, we're camping instead of judging the show ...

From the beginning, Jessica is my pick to win, but Holly should hang in as well, and I'm afraid Phil will go the way of Casey last year - way too much talent, but not exactly set in the eyes of the teeny-bopper voters.

Surprising show this week.

HeeJun gave a nearly flawless performance, but if he will not annunciate his "s"s, it is a wasted effort.

Birckentsick with the hair - I just do not like his voice.

Phillips is a star. I would buy his music.

Didn't see Dixon.

The little ol gal from Mississippi - she is going places. Gunpowder and Lead.

I was moved to tears by "Jesus Take The Wheel".

Sanchez was stunning.

And Else took on Led freaking Zepplin - she wowed me.

Joshua - I think is his name - beautiful performance.

I am missing a couple, I think. But overall, the heat is on. These kids can sing. I enjoy watching them evolve and the judges are trying to give them very constructive advice.

Stevie Nicks was fun to see again too.

Missed last week - traveling again.

But just watched tonight and can agree a few do have promise. Joshua maybe, Colin "today image" seems it will work, although I don't particularly care for him as a singer. Phil is my favorite male ... but may not reach everyone, especially AI voting audience. Holly will someday be absolutely amazing when she gets more confidence, and more experience.

But as I stated at the beginning of this season, Jessica is the one to beat and nothing I've heard since has changed my mind. She's already an amazing presence and would win this hands down if raw talent was the only criteria. She is right now today the complete package - she sends chills down my spine every time she takes the stage.

I like Phil the best, I like the way he crowds the mic and practically shoves the song down the audiences throat. I like that he sings with such intensity. I like that he sticks to his guns about his style, and that he said thanks but no thanks to that fashion designer guy who was trying to get him to 'establish his fashion style' by wearing some foo-foo outfit.

I like that he is low drama, not a lot of crying like some of the other contestants, and no whining when he had to perform with kidney stones and then again a few days after the operation to remove them. He has an obvious passion for singing/performing just for the sake of performing, and I get the impression he performs like this regardless of whether he is in the spotlight of the AI stage or performing at some small venue in his home town.

Having said that, I suspect he will be voted off soon. I think he will get tagged with a label of being 'one dimensional', or 'not versatile enough' or some such thing.

There is no denying Jessica's talent, but I guess I'm just burned out on the whole 'girl with an unbelievable voice' syndrome these days. It seems like they are a dime a dozen with all these singing shows.

Haven't watched the show since Adam Lambert lost to Kris Allen. The show has never and will never be the same IMO.

I predicted who would be in the bottom 3 after watching Tuesday 4/3 night's performances. Holly, Deandre and Elise. None of their performances moved me although they are all exceptionally talented singers.

Joshua the soul man, hit it out of the park.

Skylar, the country girl, was outstanding.

Dixon, the rocker, never misses. Love that rock lives on in the young ones.

Phillips was as usual, great. Love his voice.

Sanchez didn't move me - I think we have seen all she has to give and I am tired of her voice already. She sounds like so many other singers there is no reason to listen to her over any of the others.

Holly is young and needs some growth.

Elise picked a bad song. She was great with LZ, but no one can sing Stevie Nicks but Stevie Nicks.

Deandre is adorable but like Holly needs some growth and his style has limited appeal. I was surprised that the judges did not save him.

The powerhouse talent is Joshua Ledet.

Last night we saw some more fantastic performances.

Joshua Ledet is the clear winner, in my humble opinion. The kid has it all.

Skylar went back to her country roots and when she sang a duet with Colton Dison, she insisted on a song that would showcase her talent, not his. She has a great future ahead and will be a star.

Colton's song didn't make me stand up and cheer and I thought Steven Tyler expressed it best when he said "I can't wait for you to do your own songs" and "this song could have been recorded and sold as is." This young rocker will make it in the entertainment world.

Elise did a great job on her solo, but again on the duet with Phillip Phillips, she picked the song to showcase her voice and his was drowned out.

I will buy PP's music. I love his voice.

Holly was criticized by all three judges, constructively but I thought she was fantastic.

I am still on the fence with Sanchez but only because I do not like her sound.

Joshua is un-flipping believable. Vote for him.

Been traveling, first time we've had TV in a couple weeks ... and have hit and missed all season, unfortunately. But, at this point >>>

Joshua, great voice, great performance, trouble is, he's no different than any other soul/gospel cover artist, brings little new to the classics. So, would buy the original hit before buying his version ...

Been a Jessica fan since the beginning, but she seems to have run out of steam. Nothing new in her style each week, and am thinking she might be gone tonight ... great package, got everything, just needs a little experience and age to make her a top star.

Phil is the best musician on the stage, and he proves it every week. New style, new message, always himself and always enjoys it. Great image, and I'll be rooting for him to win it all.

Elise stated her own message, both her singing and her comments - she'll always be a great lounge performer. Good voice, but she has limits. If not Jessica, then probably Elise gone this week.

Colton will stick around, but he really, really, really needs articulation lessons. If we didn't already know the lyrics, we'd not know a word he sings. He sings to himself, not to the audience, so he knows the words. Big mistake, although lots of 'rock stars' been getting away with that for years.

Skylar true to herself and her heart, every time, has a career in country waiting right now, loved her "twangy soul" last night. She's a sweetheart and another choice that deserves to win it ...

Hollie, learning as she goes, probably came to AI auditions a couple years too soon, good enough to get here, to inexperienced to win it now. A few years under her belt, she will have a career ... and probably could have won this in a year or two, if she'd waited.
