1969 Comet Sport Coupe. My favorite almost first car was my white with black '71 Comet GT exactly like the one in the brochure. Thanks for the link. Took me back for quite a while.

On my parents insurance, I couldn't get a '69 Camaro insured. No Camaros. Not even 6-cylinder Camaros. Insurance company rules. Nova's? Sure! Anything but an SS.

I ordered a brand new base '69 Nova Coupe, 350V8, 4-speed, Rally Wheels & red line tires. Black on black. $2450 total out-the-door, tax title & all. Ran like a scalded dog. Cheap insurance ()

Sure beat the heck out of an 'uninsurable' 6-cylinder Camaro!

1936 Ford 4 door, paid $300.00 in 1956.
All original, with mohair seats, black paint with the little green stripe all the around the car.
3 speed floor shift W/ 100hp.
My dad drove it from Massachusetts to Ca. Then I turned around and drove it back to Mass. Left it sitting in the woods behind my Uncle's place where it rotted and stayed!

A '57 Olds, black, four door, 3 deuces. It was a sled but I loved it. Still haven't seen a prettier dash than that old girl had.
