If price is no object...take a look at the 'NEW HORIZONS' "Majestic" line of 5ers. Lots of photos with fireplaces, etc. and they do build to suit.

The LF305BHS is just under 35' and has sleep/dinette.
We are looking seriously at the Jayco Eagle Light 29,5RKS. My wife loves the bigger kitchen counters and it has a fireplace option.
We have a 2012 Eagle Super Lite 29.5RKS and we love it!!

Jayco 31.5RLDS is what we have. We love it, pulls like a dream. We like the pop-up 32 in. TV and the storange below that you get witout the fireplace. With iphones and Ipads you don't need desks anymore, just a waist. The only important things we did was LED lights and a Hunter digital thermostats.

We love it too and we don't even have one. Even though we saw one being towed by an F150 last summer, I can't get past the 1600 pound hitch weight in the bed of my 2011 F150 EcoBoost Max Tow, so we are looking at the Cougar XLite series now.

OP, if you get enough Truck and want to step up call Kyle Miller at Drv and tell him what you want and it will happen.. But you will have to have a Truck to handle the weight.. We don't have a booth type dinette, however we did have 17 mods ask for and was done by Drv when we ordered our 2010. Out 5th wheel only sleeps two the kids are all grown up. We also have two fireplaces 1 in the living area and 1 in the bedroom. Drv is one of the few who will do major changes, but you have to ask before you can get what you want. Drv will do as much as possible to make you happy... Happy Trails....

Take a look at the Crossroads Patriot/Provincial CF345RF, I believe you can order it with the booth rather than tables and chairs.
We just picked up our 2013 but got the tables and chairs.... Fireplace looks real good in it....
