Think next I would check all pos and ground connections to ensure they are clean and tight.

Everything appears to be tight and clean but I'll double check to make sure.

Change the CB. They do go bad, and will trip too easy.

If the connections check out good.
Today, I put my charger (which gives me a battery % indicator) on the batteries and after I tried to open my slide outs (they only opened about 5 inches before the "stop and start" started) and it showed my batteries at about 37%
I would have the batteries load tested, Without knowing for sure you have a good set of batteries you'll be chasing your tail.

yep just remembered you said that, sounds like a bad breaker
You know somebody with an amp meter that can measure the power draw while operating the slide?

He already changed the CB once, doubt there are two bad ones but you never know. Have you put a volt meter on the system when you try to use it? If the voltage drops a lot when you hit the switch I'd suspect a bad connection/ground or undersized wire. When the voltage drops the amps go up (watts = volts x amps) and that could cause the breaker to trip/reset/trip.

replace the breaker and keep a spare for next time. You don't want to be on a trip and have to mess with that. My bet is it will work great when you install a new one.

Just guessing here but what trigger's the slides outs to stop? That could be your problem too?
