I have 126K+ and still running the stock pump.
Not sure what "special coolant" Biscuit is talking about, any 100/150K mileage rated coolant will work as long as it has this label, from Prestone. "Prestone® Extended Life Antifreeze/Coolant is compatible with ANY antifreeze/ coolant – regardless of color – for use in ALL makes and models of cars and light duty trucks. This patented formula provides a high degree of performance durability and carefully balanced protection against temperature extremes and rust corrosion of all cooling system metals, including aluminum."
Now the Dex-Cool is a horse on a different color. If you have a GM that uses Dex-Cool you had better use it and only it!

HOAT/GO-5 as per owners manual.......couldn't find ANY antifreeze/any brand that stated compatible with HOAT coolant. And as I was topping off after water pump replacement......HOAT was what was in engine and what was going back in. Just tough to locate on a Sunday in lower S/W Alabama.
That's a good question Biscuit and I called Prestone's tech line left them a message asking if their anti-freeze is compatible and can be used with a Ram/Cummins truck. Will let you know what I find out.
BTW I would use the blue "Tight" loc-tight on bolts so you can remove the bolt when needed.

The new line will come with a new bracket and a different hold down. It will fix the problem.
If you have the stock one, put a wrench on it every oil change and make sure its still tight.

Mine has almost 5000 hours on it, still original. If it does fail, it takes all of 15 min to replace, and uses 2 10mm bolts. The part is about $30.
On the fuel injector line, I think (but not sure) in later designs this was changed. Mine has blue plastic insulators at the hold down locations, mine has never been loose.

My 05 has the blue plastic insulators on it.
Suppose I should get a water pump and put it in my emergency kit
