We have owned our Attitude TH for about 8 months and have hauled it over over 6000 miles of both highway and rough trails. We've owned 2 Weekend Warriors previously and by far, this Attitude has been top of the line in regards to quality and function. I loved my WW rigs, but as you may know, they have had issues.
There are not too many toyhauler manufacturers left in the game because of the economy and the law of supply and demand. However, I really believe that this has put pressure on those existing TH companies to make a superior quality product. I don't have positive things to say about my salesman, however…….. this TH manufacturer is top of the line IMHO! We purchased the 2012 Attitude FL28AKLG.
If you are looking for a new TH, do your homework, look at the interior trim, look under the rig…….. look at the finish detail. And of course, make sure you find a reputable and honest dealer.

Glad you're happy Howie. We looked at Attitude before buying our Rage'n. They did not make a true 30 5er and I was not impressed with the build quality but that was in 2006, guess they've improved their QC since then.

Attitude (Eclipse) did have some quality issues when they got into the market years back but they seem to have a quality product these days. I know several owners who are quite happy with their late mode Attitudes.
I have my eye on their new TL27CBG bumper pull with slide out. For those like myself not in the market for a 5er its one of the best floorplans I have seen in this category.

Which dealer did you purchase through that you would not recommend?

Glad to hear that Eclipse is still making a nice trailer. I have a few posts stating the quality of my 2004 23AK. I bought it from the original owner after he had it for 3years without and major issues. I have had it ever since with no major issues as well. We really enjoy taking it out and getting off the beaten path with it. Am sure you will enjoy yours for years to come as well.

I had a bad experience, but I don't think it's appropriate bash the dealer or salesman on this forum. I'm sure the dealership has lots of happy customers. I didn't care for the salesman that I bought my truck from either........ but I love my truck and my TH

Just curious: What makes your manufacturer "the best". You said your Attitude is "top of the line". Not that I doubt your assessment, but I am curious what criteria did you used and how long did it take you to do your assessment of all manufacturers.

I should have written the subject as: One of The Best Toyhauler Manufacturers IMHO
We've owned 8 RV's since since we decided that tent camping was not working for us anymore. That included 1 trailer, 2 motorhomes, 3 Lance campers and 2 Weekend Warriors. After selling our last rig (the WW LE3305), we really wanted to purchase a quality rig at a reasonable cost. In 2011 we went to 2 large RV shows as well as inspecting all the different models at numerous dealers.
For the price and floor plan, I liked Forest River too, however we wanted a full queen bed VS the RV queen that FR offered.
I visited the Riverside plant where the Attitudes are built and I liked what I saw.
Toyhaulers have come a long way and there are other manufacturers that build quality rigs. But we really think we made a great choice with this Attitude.
I had previously written after purchasing it:
Quote: Diana and I did a lot of traveling and went to a couple of RV shows to make up our minds. We kicked the tires on these brands..... This is our third toyhauler, so we pretty familiar as to what's good and what's not good.
Rubicon
Raptor
Cyclone
Shockwave
Stealth
We went with the Attitude for these reasons:
Excellent quality in exterior an interior construction
Aluminum framing
It only weighs 7800 pounds
Real wood cabinets
Wiring is top notch
The underbelly was really well done. No short cuts taken
Finish caulking was perfect through out the rig (inside and exterior)
Corion counter top
Stainless steel kitchen sink
Full queen in front...... not an RV Queen
Lots of storage
Commander fits nice inside
6' 9" of height when the rear bed is raised to the top.
13 feet of from ramp to the first lower cabinet.
Over all, it is an extremely well built toyhauler.

Eclipse has come a long way baby. With Attitude
Especially the cosmetics. Interiors and exteriors. The old colors were really bad and they had them for years like that. MDW said they were gross looking.
We looked at the earlier models and they were heavier than the newer ones. The new aluminum framing helps and I like the solid sides. Better insulation.
IMO they were the most complete toyhauler as they came with a lot more items while everyone else sold some of those items as extra's like fuel pumps, double bunks, etc..
They came with exterior lighting all the way around and the fuel station was on the drivers side which we liked better and is a better design I think.
There older 27 foot 5th wheel was a lot heavier dry than ours. I think the new ones are still.
If I ever buy a new one and had the truck to pull it I'd buy one.
