Thanks Everyone. Your information is helpful. We are offered the home park in Georgia for $59.00 frozen home park fees plus C2C $89.95 and RPI Plus $79.00. The show deal is all for a one time fee to buy in at $399.00. It says we also have Thousand Trails usage. It sounds like a good deal if the home park is not an issue and I am reading that it doesn't seem to be. Will ask more about the TT before we buy.

The TT usage will be through RPI - probably just the NACO and Leisure Time parks.

Southern Trails RV resort. Nothing fancy, just opens the door for C2C membership.

X2

Plan a stop during pecan season.....all the pecans that fall on your site are yours for the picking.
Course then comes the shelling.......but hey $7/lb for shelled.
Both times there we have hauled off 5-6# of shelled pecans.
