I have seen this particular set-up and it is quite unique. Its as big as it appears. If someone had the interest, I think it should be restored and put into shows, would probably be an eye catcher.

yes, it has a tag axle. It actually shows in one of these photos, but is really dark. I lightened it in photoshop and it is definitely there

Actually, it is laid out pretty good, keeping the heaviest part of the TC over the rear truck axle and TC tag axle. Always room for improvement to suit one's preferences and taste. For me, the dark paneling would have to go, or at least some of it.
