The dealer suggested I get an upgraded sewer hose. It's one of the fancy rubber ones with the nice end connections. It was $100. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to debate so I bought it. Wondering if it will be worth it or if I should return it? Thanks, JC

Return it. CW has probably the same one for less.

Thanks, does anyone have these though? Is there a difference or is this something people upgrade to when there old one bites the dust? They made it sound like it was a must have.

yes, there is a difference. Cheap ones usually last a couple of trips before spring a leak. Better quality ones usually last a few seasons. High quality ones usually last many seasons. Check out the new non crush types if you really want an eye opener.

BlueLine from Presto Fit is a supurb, long lasting sewer hose...commonly outlasting other brands by years and at Camping World....

And the Camco Rhino-Flex is one step higher and even better!
Also at Camping World...I have one of each, always have a back-up hose!

Well, the one I got was apparently the rubber anti-crush one and has a really nice ground connector. It was $94 and he gave me 10% off so I'll probably keep it then. Didn't realize having a backup would be important. Thanks folks!

Google the brand and model and I bet it can be found from a online store for a lot less.
